Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids,liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range applications.
This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centred weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft.
The unit consist of Specially designed vibratory motor to run on 400 / 440V, suitable HP, 3 phase, 50 cycles electric supply ,with adjustable eccentric weights at the top and bottom of the motor shafts mounted vertically at the centre of the base plate of screening unit. Screening unit consists of SS 304 screen sandwiched between SS 304 hopper and bowl with the help of special clamp with gasket. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplify the vibration and at the same time restrict the vibration from being transferred to the floor.

Working Principle:
The motor transmits through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moving. So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

1. DOUBLE DRUM MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
Double Drum Magnetic Separators provide an efficient means for extracting ferrous material from dry, bulk products in free-flowing processing systems.
They are comprised of a stationary permanent magnet, either standard Ferrite Magnets or High Power Rare Earth Magnets enclosed in a non-magnetic stainless-steel drum. Product flow is diverted so that it falls onto the top and flows across the surface of the drum. Ferrous matter contained in the product flow is drawn to the drum's surface (and held against it) by the powerful magnet housed inside.
While non-ferrous products fall from the side of the drum in a normal manner, ferrous metal clings to its surface. As the portion of the drum with the ferrous material rotates to the side opposite the product flow, the magnetic field is reduced so that the ferrous matter falls from the drum into a collection container. The end result is purified product ready for processing without the worry of costly damage caused by tramp metal.
Rare Earth, Neodymium is 5 times stronger than Ceramic Magnets and can remove micron sized particles.
Drum Separators can be provided as the drum only or as a complete assembly with the housing and drive included. A variety of sizes and strengths are available for many applications.

Gravity Spiral separator is one og the gravity concentrators, which separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity, centrifugal force and other forces in the fluid medium. It has extremely good performance and effects in processing of ores. Spiral Chute is working under the the force of water flow, gravity, inertial centrifuge and friction. Slurry is pumped to the top of the spiral, and it enters a feed distributor that evenly distributes the feed to each spiral concentrator. The design and shape of the spiral make it work, when combined with gravitational acceleration. As the slurry travels the spiraling path down the spiral, mineral grains settle and start sorting according to size, density and to a lesser extend shape.

Cone crusher is widely used in metal and non-metallic mines, cement, construction, sand and metallurgical industries. It is applicable to materials like iron ore, nonferrous metal ores, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, pebbles and so on.
Working Principle:
Cone crusher crushes materials by working between the movable cone and fixed cone. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft is driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve of cone crusher rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole, consequently the output size is determined.

1. SUSPENSION PERMANENT MAGNET
